Everdust Loops Licence v1, under reviewLast updated
Loop licence
When you buy a pack, Decosa, Inc. grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the loops in it as part of your own work, under the tier you chose. You don’t need to credit us, though “Visuals: Everdust” is always welcome. Every tier includes every format.

Never allowed, on any tier
- Selling, sharing or giving away the loops as files: on their own, in a pack, a stock library, a template or asset marketplace, a file host or a shared drive, edited or not.
- Minting the loops, or lightly edited versions, as NFTs or other tokens for sale.
- Training, fine-tuning, evaluating or benchmarking AI models on the loops, putting them in a dataset, or uploading them to generative AI services. Ordinary editing features in your own software (upscaling, stabilisation, colour matching) are fine.
- Implying that Everdust or Decosa endorses you, or using our names and logos without asking.
- Using the loops in anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
In short
- Showing them as they are (a VJ set, a venue screen) is fine within your tier. What you can’t do is hand anyone the files.
- Seats: a seat is one person who can open the files, including a freelancer working for you. More than 10? Write to us.
- Client work: hand the finished project to your client; a client who needs the raw loops buys their own licence.
- Upgrades: pay the difference to move up a tier for the same pack.
- Ownership: we keep the copyright in the loops and the simulations. You own what you make with them.
- Ending: the licence ends if you break it or the order is refunded. Work published before that stays up.
- Warranty: the loops are our own renders from our own code. If a claim ever arises over a loop, tell us and we’ll replace or remove it. No indemnity; liability is capped at what you paid. Your consumer-law rights still apply.
- Free sampler: the five free loops come under the Standard tier.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of purchase, if you haven’t downloaded any file from the order.
- Always, if a file is broken or missing and we can’t fix it quickly.
- Otherwise at our discretion: write to us and tell us what went wrong.
- A refund ends the licence and the download link for that order.
At checkout you confirm: “I want immediate access to the files, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once I start a download.” That matters in the EU and UK, where digital purchases otherwise carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. We keep the 14-day refund for undownloaded orders anyway. To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt or write to hello@everdust.ai with your order number.

EVERDUST LOOPS LICENCE
Version 1 (under legal review) · last updated 4 October 2026
Licensor: Decosa, Inc. ("we", "us")
Licensee: the person or organisation named on your order ("you")
Order: printed on your personalised copy Pack: the pack you bought (pack code) Tier: the tier you bought
Date: your order date
This licence covers the video loops you bought from everdust.ai, or downloaded there for free.
Version 1 is being reviewed by our lawyers. The version printed above governs your order. A
later version will never take away rights that this one gave you for loops you already have.
1. DEFINITIONS.
"Loops" means the video files in the pack named above, in every format we supply (including
one-shot hits and the free sampler), and any edited version of them.
"Your Work" means something you make that uses the Loops: for example a live set, a video,
a stream, an advert, a screen installation, an app or a game.
"Seat" means one person (you, an employee or a freelancer working for you) who can open the
files. Each person who opens the files needs a Seat.
"Organisation" includes its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates.
2. GRANT. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to copy,
edit, play, perform and display the Loops, and to publish and distribute Your Work, within
the limits of your tier below. You may show the Loops unedited, for example in a VJ set or on
a venue screen, as long as you don't hand anyone the files (section 4).
3. TIERS.
Personal - one individual; non-commercial use only: personal projects, posts and videos that
earn no money (no ads, sponsorships, tips or paid subscriptions), private
parties and practice sets. 1 Seat.
Standard - one individual, or one Organisation with under US$1M gross revenue in its last
12 months; up to 3 Seats; unlimited commercial projects: live shows and VJ sets,
events, streams, monetised social media and online video, music videos, online
advertising and client work; and one permanent screen installation at one venue.
Extended - any individual or Organisation of any size; up to 10 Seats; everything in
Standard, plus: broadcast television, distribution by streaming or on-demand
services (OTT) and cinema release; permanent installations at any number of
venues; use inside products you sell, such as apps and games, where the Loops
are part of the product's own visuals and can't be extracted as separate files;
templates you sell only when the Loops are flattened into the template's own
rendered graphics and are not supplied as separate clips; and physical
merchandise up to 10,000 units in total.
Free sampler loops are licensed on the Standard tier.
Need more Seats, or a use not covered here? Write to us before you start.
4. NEVER ALLOWED, ON ANY TIER. You may not:
(a) sell, sublicense, share, give away or make available the Loops as files, on their own or
in a collection, stock library, template or asset marketplace, file host or shared
drive, edited or not, or as separable elements of something else;
(b) mint the Loops, or lightly edited versions of them, as NFTs or other tokens for sale;
(c) use the Loops to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark an AI or machine-learning
model, include them in a dataset, or upload them to a generative AI service as input,
reference or source material. Ordinary editing features in your own software, such as
upscaling, stabilisation or colour matching, are fine, as long as no model is trained
or improved on the Loops;
(d) imply that we endorse you or Your Work, or use the names Everdust or Decosa, or our logos,
without our permission;
(e) use the Loops in anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights.
5. CLIENTS AND COLLABORATORS. You may deliver Your Work to a client, who may then use that
finished work. You may not deliver the Loop files themselves: a client who needs the files
must buy their own licence. Freelancers working on your project count as your Seats while
they do.
6. OWNERSHIP. We keep all rights in the Loops and in the simulations and code that made them.
You own Your Work, apart from the Loops in it. Everything not granted here is reserved.
7. ATTRIBUTION. Not required. "Visuals: Everdust (everdust.ai)" is always welcome.
8. UPGRADES. Pay the price difference to move to a higher tier for the same pack. The higher
tier applies from the date of the upgrade.
9. REFUNDS AND TERMINATION. If your order is refunded or charged back, this licence ends for
that order. It also ends automatically if you break it. When it ends you must stop using the
Loops and delete the files; Your Work published before it ended may stay published.
10. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY. The Loops are our own renders from our own code, and to our
knowledge they don't infringe anyone's rights. If a third party claims that a Loop does,
tell us and we will replace or remove it. Apart from that, the Loops are provided "as is",
without other warranties; we give no indemnity; and our total liability to you is capped at
the price you paid for this pack. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have under
consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. GENERAL. This licence is the whole agreement about the Loops. It is governed by the laws of
the State of California, USA, the same as the Everdust terms of use. If part of it can't be
enforced, the rest still applies. You may not transfer it without our written consent.
