Delete your data

Everdust is made by Decosa, Inc. This page explains how to delete the information the Everdust apps keep, on every platform (Apple devices, Android phones and TVs, Meta Quest and Fire TV). For everything we collect and why, see the privacy policy.

No accounts

Everdust has no sign-in accounts: you never give us a name, email address or password to use the app, so there is no account to delete.

One exception, on Apple devices only: Create (where available) opens an anonymous account the first time you use it. Delete my creations and account, in Create's settings, deletes it with all your scenes straight away.

Anonymous usage statistics

The app sends anonymous usage statistics (which scenes and features are used), tied only to a random identifier for your installation, never to your name or email. You can turn them off at any time with Share anonymous usage data: on Android and Mac in Settings › Privacy, on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV in Settings, on Apple Vision Pro in the “…” menu. Off takes effect at once: nothing more is sent, events not yet sent are deleted on your device, and the identifier is replaced. Statistics already sent are deleted automatically after at most 24 months.

Feedback you sent

To delete a feedback or bug report you sent, email hello@everdust.ai with the date you sent it and, if you gave one, the email address you used, so we can find it. We delete it, with its screenshot and any diagnostics, within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Data on your device

Your settings, favourites, mixes, recordings and downloaded content are stored only on your device. We never have a copy. Uninstalling the app removes them.

For any other request about your data, email hello@everdust.ai. We answer within 30 days.
